Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Client Services and Estimating
Client Services and Estimating is the front door of the business. The team takes briefs, prepares costed quotes, confirms specifications, raises job tickets and keeps clients informed from order to delivery so that production receives complete and accurate instructions.
Prepress and Design
Prepress and Design turns client artwork into print ready files. The team preflights supplied files, fixes fonts, images and bleed, prepares imposition, produces colour managed proofs, makes plates for offset and releases digital files to the presses.
Press Room
The Press Room operates the sheetfed offset presses, the production digital presses and the flexographic label line. Operators set up, print, inspect against the approved proof, maintain colour control and hand over product to finishing with a completed job ticket.
Finishing, Binding and Packaging
Finishing, Binding and Packaging converts printed sheets into finished product. The bindery guillotines, folds, stitches, binds, laminates, die cuts, glues and packs work, inspecting quality against the job ticket and sample at every stage.
Signage and Wide Format
Signage and Wide Format produces banners, posters, display boards, decals and vehicle graphics from the Geelong studio. The team prints on roll and flatbed devices, cuts and mounts product, and coordinates installations with client sites and contractors.
Warehouse, Dispatch and Safety
Warehouse, Dispatch and Safety receives paper and consumables, stores and issues stock, packs and dispatches finished work, and coordinates the plant's safety system including incident reporting, chemical management, inductions, forklift operation and emergency preparedness.
