Reprint and repack the Southern Cross posters
You are a wide format operator at the Geelong studio.
What has happened
Southern Cross Grocers received three A1 posters creased inside their delivery tube from job J26-4515. The complaint is logged as NCR-26-123 with a reprint disposition and a packing change to larger diameter tubes. Jarrod Fenech wants the three posters reprinted today on the roll printer on 200 gsm satin, colour checked against the retained sample, trimmed and packed under the updated instruction, and the records closed so Aisha Rahimi can confirm delivery. The studio has had a hand knife injury this week and hand trimming tasks are under review, so the cutter must be used for trimming.

Evidence guide
Look for correct file and media profile selection, a documented colour comparison, use of the cutter rather than a hand knife with the reason explained, and packing that follows the updated instruction. Records must be closed properly in the non-conformance register and the ticket must give Client Services enough to confirm delivery.
